the pace was not like this, it was ruined after the 2 year reunion somewhere at the middle of fisherman arc. before the fisherman the pace was well done.
Now i just forward the episode 5 sec by 5 sec.

I watch it by forwarding the first 5 min and skipping every 10 sec

Nah. It’ll very likely take longer. The manga itself is expected to finish wano by around mid 2022, that too optimistically. And the anime is around a year behind.

its not just that, manga is taking too many breaks, well cant say anything because old man oda needs it, the anime follows 40 chapters gap as mark manga takes brakes anime slows the pacing, and well you cant stop broadcasting a television show because of that so yeah we got to deal with the slow pacing

Well, manga takes a while to publish. Believe it or not only 24 chapter is half a years worth of work

24 chapters in half a year if Oda didn't take any breaks. Realistically it more like 16-18 chapters in half a year.
